Have Multiple Sclerosis. Family History Of Pancreatic Cancer, Liver Cirrhosis. Help

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2004. I have had a sensation in my upper left abdomen since 2004. In 2006 this was so aggravating that I went to the hospital, I recieved a letter in the mail saying that I had an abnormality on the x ray and recommended that I follow up with a primary care physician to have a liver specific CT scan . The hospital did multiple axial CT images of the abdomen and pelvis with contrast. The findings were a tiny low density lesion in segment VI-VII of the liver which is not persistent with delayed images and may represent hemangioma . Otherwise, solid abdominal organs & abdominal portions of the GI tract are unremarkable. There was no abdomial lymphadenopathy or free fluid. I did see a Internal Medicine Doctor who advised me that it was no big deal & 90% autopsys showed these as they are very common. OK now to 2013 this is driving me CRAZY! I made a appointment with another Internal medicine doctor as I have self diagnosed myself thru Web MD and appears to me as Pancreatitis! I am on disibility and do not want to incur steep bills so should I just ask for blood work to start off and see if anything shows? I know that from research I am looking for problems with small intestines, colon, liver, gallbladder & pancreas. My dad passed in 1974 with pancreatic cancer & cirrosis of the liver and I m scared! Dealing with this for 9 years now! Please help with any suggestions! My MS specialist is one of the top 10 Doctors in the United States and has advised me that this sensation has nothing to do with MS. But have also been told that it could be muscle spasms due to where lesions appear in spinal cord due to MS?
