Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The muscle spasms after the loss of use of the arm is likely to be due to a nerve injury in the area. The nerve will gradually regenerate in few weeks and the tremors indicate the recovery.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
