Have Muscle Spasm Para Spinal, Gerd. Having Stiffness And Pain. Suffer Constipation And Take Enigma. Cause?
I have a problem of muscle spasm para spinal , that I stiffness , I have gerd , for long years and bloating , is it because of this , many tests , and consultation has been done , drs could not able to identity the cause , now recently , joints in the finger also paining
Also I have constipation , and regularly use enigma to clear my bowels

GERD has no relation to paraspinal muscle spam.
It could be musculo skeletal pain.
Painful joints in the fingers if present for long duration should be investigaes for rheumatoid arthritis.
I prescribe skeletal muscle relaxant tablet to my patients with similar complaints initially.
