Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

The yellow discharge, pain and fever may indicate that you have sinusitis which can be viral or bacterial.

Based on your symptoms, your doctor believes that it is due to a bacterial cause, this is the reason for the antibiotics.
This antibiotic would treat any sinusitis bacterial infection and should relieve your symptoms including the yellow discharge from the nose.

The montemac would help reduce the inflammation and the diclofenac would relieve the pain and fever.

I hope this helps
