Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the food poisoning,or amoebic dysentery. Melanoma may not have any relation, but the medicine used after removal may be causing the irritation of the G.I.tract.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, omeprazple, domperidone, and loperamide when ever necesory.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods. Also avoid untimely foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
