Have Neck, Shoulder Pain, Mouth Tingling, Numbing. Reason?

I have had neck and shoulder pain for about two months. Had MRI , X-rays, blood work - suspect Sjogren s BUT the last few days I have had a very light head - dizzy if I move too fast or change positions. Yesterday I noticed that my lips , tongue, and roof of my mouth are tingling/numbing. Forget it - didn t realize this is a scam - how dare you!!!!!!

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The tingling and numbness that you are having with the normal blood tests could be related to vitamin B 12 deficiency or electrolyte imbalances. This can also be related to cervical spondylosis. A direct examination is needed for diagnosis.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Praveen-Tayal
