Have Normal Periods. Had Period Twice In A Month When Traveled In Plane. Reason?

I am a 39 year old female whoes periods have always been regular. Over the last 4 months they have become irregular. In Dec I got my period twice once December 6th for 5 days then again December 23 for 5 days. January was normal. February 9th got my period normal. But today got my period again. I go on a plane both of these months during my period. Is this normal?

Hi,
It seems that your problems is due to pre-menopausal symptoms.
During this period there is some hormonal changes going on giving rise to some hormonal imbalance causing this problem.
This is normal at this age.
