Have Pain And Soreness In Hip. Had A Fall Earlier. No Medication Or Test Taken. What To Do?

April 28 I fell while rollerblading. I iced it when I got home for about 20min. It hurt for a couple of days & then a bruise showed up on my thigh. The brise was deep purple in a few spots, but mostly green & yellow looking. Bruise has finally gone away but my hip is still sore & when I try to lay on it it's painful. I get stiff & sore while standing, walking & laying down. Sitting is ok, but I do get a little stiff. When I stand up or bend over its a little sore. I'm also 30.
