Have Pain, Bruise And Swelling On Toes. Becomes Black While Standing. Suggestions?

Last night I had a really strong stinging pain on the side of my big toe where it joins the foot . It lasted several minutes then left me with a burning sensation all night. I also noticed a large vein like swelling and the big toe and two toes next to it where blood red. This morning I have a bruise around the area and it goes nearly black when I stand. What could this be

Hi,
It seems that you might be having some poisonous bite or some injury on part.
Take antihistamine like Cetrizine, antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines for 3-5 days.
Rule out diabetes.
Raise foot end and give rest to the part.
Ok and take care.
