Have Pain In Arm And Feet. No Medication Or Exercise Done. What Can Be The Cause And Remedy For This?

hi i get pins and needles in my arms ad feet a lot. I cant sit on the floor for a long period of time as this happens as well as when I am on the toilet. I have pain in my left hip/ bum cheek area which varies and also in my right side at times. My calf muscles tighten up regularly and i get pain when stretching my left leg. i have also had paiing in my lower back and neck and shoulder area

The pins and needles in the arms and feet are likely to be due to benign causes like methylcobalamin deficiency, thyroid imbalances, fluid and electrolyte disturbances, diabetes, etc. A few blood tests will help in proper diagnosis.
