HI FIRST OF ALL U HAVE TO REDUCE YOUR WEIGHT BY AT LEAST 10 KGS WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT. YOUR FEATURES GO IN FAVOUR OF A CONDITION CALLED SCIATICA THAT IS PAIN CAUSED DUE TO NERVE COMPRESSION WHICH COULD BE DUE TO A SLIPPED DISC .SO PLEASE CONSULT AN ORTHOPEDICIAN TO FIND OUT THE CAUSE OF THAT PAIN. PLEASE TEST YOUR URINE FOR PUS CELLS TO RULE OUT ANY INFECTION WHICH IS CAUSING YOU PAINFUL URINATION.
