Have Pain In Leg, Numb Arm, Dribbling From Mouth, Whole Right Side Seems To Go Dead. Mild Stroke?
Hello, I'm Susie, Woke up about two week's ago, with very bad pain running down my right leg. Also, my arm was really numb from elbow down to finger-tip's. Tried to get out of bed could not move my leg's, once I placed them on the floor I could not stand on them. It seem to me my whole right side had just decided to go dead on me. It took a while, but later on I could get up and move around , but with the help of my cane. I had also woke up a dribbling from my mouth. My question is was I experiance a mild stroke or what in my sleep ? I am 60 yrs. old
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The symptoms that you are having are likely to be due to a mild stroke. The weakness in the half of the body is worrisome. This needs an immediate treatment and medical attention. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. Regards, Dr. Praveen Tayal , drtayal72@gmail.com
