Have Pain In Many Parts Of The Body During Breathing. No Medication Till Now. What Can This Be?
what kind of name can you give to the pain you feel on a particular part your body while breathing?-- feels like something is blocking the passage -- and it happens once in a while, not always on the same place. e.g. you are taking a shower and decide to massage your hair under water. As soon as you rise your arms and breath to complete the action you feel an awful pain in your chest (like a little red dot blinking between your hearth and the middle bone place in your chest). You bring your hands down immediately, but at the same time you feel that every time you breath the air cannot pass that red point and cause you a lot of pain every time you do it. You try to move your left arm around to easy up the pain but instead moving your arm around hurts. Sometimes it gets too strong that you cannot lie down on any side of your body or move your upper body around without feeling pain. It makes you cry. Plus you cannot fully breath normally, 'cause it hurts. I been having this for years, and I'm afraid I won't be able to take when I get older.
Your pain complaint appear due to muscle spasm. In your case following are possible causes of muscle spasm, in hierarchy: -Stress or Anxiety disorder: Anxiety disorders can manifest not only with psychological symptoms but with a variety of physical symptoms also like: Tingling, numbness, hot and cold sensations, pain complaints and muscle spasm etc. -Problem in spinal cord/neuropathy. -Muscular injury/myopathy -Costochondritis -Combination of above causes
So do some relaxation exercise. Get evaluated by general physician to rule out above causes of your suffering.
Wish you good health and all the best.
