Have Pain In My Rectum To Scrotum. Happens After A Bowel Movement. Does Not Last Long. Could This Be A Sign Of Prostate Problems?

Hello, I'm a 34 year old male in good health. Periodically, I get a very intense, debilitating pain from my rectum to scrotum (or at least feels like it's there, it's hard to pinpoint). It happens at no specific time, but sometimes after a bowl movement. The pain lasts only a few seconds, half a minute at most. Could this be a sign of prostate problems?

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Pain in or around this area seems to be following reasons.
1 Fissure in anus ( in this there develops pain during or after defecation or without it.)
2 hemorrhoids in this patient feels mild node ( lump) around anus ).
In these both conditions patients feels pain in perineum ( anus ( rectum)
to scrotum).
Consult a physician / surgeon and physical examination will reveal the exact nature of disease.
Hope I have answered your question.
If further any question I will help.
Get well soon.
