Have Pain In Stomach After Pressing, Knots On Shins, Neck, Back Of Head. What Could Be The Reason?

My niece (1 Year old) was checked by family doc who felt something in her upper right abdomen. It seem to hurt her when he was checking her stomach by pressing on it. I was just wondering what the most common causes of such symptoms are. She also has little knots on her shins, upper neck, and back of head.

Thanks for any help.

HI
thank for asking to HCM
The over all body of children are very tender even slightest palpatory force may cause pain to them, and it does not mean that this is abnormal unless the child it self showing the particular area of pain or skill pediatrician is the only judge for identification, the knots you see must be lymph nodes which may be prominent because of low body build up and that is not a danger unless child have long standing illness and not playful otherwise no need to worry every thing is seems okay have nice day.
