Hi,
Cervical spondylosis per se does not cause frequent urination and increased thirst although one of its complications is urinary incontinence in which one has no control over one's urination, which is not the case in your problem. Apart from Diabetes Mellitus (causing increased blood sugar), the frequent urination and thirst can be the result of Diabetes Insipidus( Not able to concentrate urine). The first step would be to check your blood calcium and potassium levels and then undergo a Water Deprivation Test if calcium and potassium come to be normal. If the water deprivation test suggest a brain abnormality the treatment is Intra nasal Vasopressin(DDAVP), if kidney abnormality is found then treatment is either Indomethacin or Thiazide diuretics. Also if brain involvement is shown in the water deprivation test, then you have to to MRI brain.
