Have Pain In The Hand Which Radiated Till Back Along With Smelling Discharge. What To Do?
I have had severe (almost hunger pang-like) pains in my right hand side radiating into the back - to the extent that it kept me awake on Friday evening. Coupled with this I have foul smelling discharge and what seems to feel like an extra rib or something protruding out from my right hand side just under the rib cage. I have been in pain for most of the weekend.

You have not mentioned the rout of discharge ( from which place).
Still require as,
age ,
gender,
tests reports, blood reports.
