Have Pain In The Lower Stomach And Bloating. Is It IBS?

I have had pain in my lower stomach for 3 months now and I'm getting very bloated but my periods have been abit strange which don't normally happen I'm 17 and iv been pregnant before the pain feels similar but I'm not sure I also suffer from ibs but the pain has never been this bad or in the place where it hurts can u help

Hello, thanks for contacting HCM with your question.
You are only seventeen years young and hope your
pregnancy test is negative. With the kind of symptoms
you are experiencing , sounds like Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
This could be associated with constipation, abdominal pain
and bloating of the abdomen.
Make sure that you have adequate fiber intake daily. Eat whole
grain cereal , nuts, fresh vegetables and friuits to get the fiber.
Drink enough fluids. Regular exercises would be helpful.
If the constipation is bad, you can take stool softeners daily.
You can also use PEG solution as per instructions on the package.
