Have Pain In Throat, Jaw, Cheek. Taking Augmentin. Effective Treatment?

dear sir, my name is satish, i am suffering from constant pain in throat , right jaw and right cheek for the last one month, visited doctors , but to no use, recently visited nuerologist got MRI done found that there is a loop on TN but he has told that the pain is not because of trigeminal neurology . it should be because of RT mastoiditis and infection on nose and sinusitis . presently i am using some augmentin 650 and aceto for pain relief . request too please suggest the effective treatment. and any other diagnosis to be done. await for your reply sir.

in acut infection of sinuses over chronic sinusitis there is collection of mucus in sinus due to excess production and infection supeadds on it
the mucus fall in the backof throat and can put pressue on related organs like jaw teeth
th post nasal drip makes throat soar due to chronic itation and as it fall in the stomach cause gerd which again worsens throat condition
you are taking antibiotics to cler infection
take anti allergic tabs t decrease the mucus of sinuses as there is decreased mucus it will get throat btter
add antacids to clesr gerd
apply neomycin h ointment in nose
seawater in nose 2 drops at night to clear back f throat which will ease pressure on related organs
analgesic sos for pain
long time treatment may be 3-4 wk to get fully recover
