Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

After 2 weeks of injury and now unable to bend the thumb in some direction needs examination to look for restricted movement and the involved muscle may be with the assistance of scan. If restricted movement due to pain, then is acceptable but even with pain no movement suggest complete rupture or healing improperly. So Consult your doctor for examination and management. Take analgesic (NSAID) with serratiopeptidase tab for pain and swelling.
Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.

Regards
Dr. Vidya

Hi,
It seems that you might be having linear or malunited fracture of meta carpel giving you this problem.
If you might have gone for z-ray at the time of accident this problem might have not occurred.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Ok and take care.
