Have Pain Lower Rib, Flank, Back, Radiating To Hip, Testicles, All Tests Reveal Normal

Good morning,

I have had a pain around my right side lower rib which has also been felt around the right flank and to my back. In addition the pain has radiated to my hip line and testicles, been for all sorts of tests that come back normal, however there is definitely something wrong as I am constantly uncomfortable. Rib/back pain quite dull, hip/testicle pain sharper.

Please help, need clarification as it is driving me crazy.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain that you have described could be due to muscular pain or an intra abdominal pathology like renal calculi. Since all the investigation reports are normal, a muscular pain is the likely cause.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
Regards,
