Have Pain On Left Shoulder Blade And Spine With Itching. What Is It?

About six months ago I began to have a burning pain between the top of my right shoulder blade and my spine. Now the pain has moved to the same spot on my left side. There is a constant burning pain that sometimes feels like fire shooting shooting down my spine when I look down or turn my head. Also, over the last week, a maddening itching has developed in the same spot between my shoulder blade and spine. Its a deep itch that scratching does not help. It is driving me crazy, what could this be?

The shoulder pain ,radiating to the down and severe pain while turning
the head is typically due to cervical spine problem. YOU have to undergo x ray and MRI to find the cause exactly like narrowing of intervertebral space or changes in the tntervertebral disc etc, based on this report consult an ortho doctor.
