Have Painful, Hard Lump Type Swelling From Middle Backside Of Left Ear On Upper Side Of Neck. What To Do?
My son 10years old has a little hard lump type swelling from middle backside of left ear on upper side of neck. It pains on touching. Also a very small sized movable round mass is near it.some itching problem on upper side in middle of scalp is also exist.plz recommend some necessary medication.

From history it seems that your son might be having some problem in his scalp like dermatitis, dandruff, fungal infection leading to enlarge lymph node behind the ear.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
After proper diagnosis he will go for treatment accordingly.
