Have Pains And Feel Heart Is Squeezed While Driving. Recommendations?
Hello, My name is Vanesa. I am 19 yrs old and i am healthy and active. I ve been having these pains that feel like my heart is being squeezed for about 10 years, they are usually short and very painful. However, lately there have been some that are longer and i literally feel if i try to breathe my heart is going to pop. They happen while I m driving and i panic, would you happen to know?

your symptoms may not suggestive of heart disease, because they are present since 10 yrs and occurring without exertion .
But some congenital coronary anomalies can cause these type of symptoms, so you evaluate further with ECG, ECHO, If needed CT Angiography.
