Have Pimples In Groin. Had Trimmed But Machine Was Rusted. Fungus Cream Not Helping. Suggestions?

Hello.Recently i shaved my groin with a trimming machine,which i never knew was rusted at the tip till i was done. 2 days later i got these pimples that look like they have water in them.Tried to bust one to know if the could be removed if i pressed on them,but to no avail.They couldn t bust.So i booked an appointment with the doctor.,told him what am telling u know. So far he gave me fungus cream known as dermofix,but has not improved.Av been thinking in its something else,yet i when i go to the loo i have no pain when urinating,no discharge or foul smell. Please advice me,on what i can do to get rid of these pimples that are around my groin and penis .
