Hi, There is a multi-pronged approach to deal with infertility in polycystic ovaries. Ovulation status must be established and so is the complete hormone status. Any deficiency should be supplemented. Clomiphene is given in increasing doses up to 200 mg. and for six monitored cycles until ovulation is achieved or otherwise. Metformin is added if insulin resistance is also observed. You should also try to manage your weight by diet and regular exercise. The missionary position is good enough and since you have retroverted uterus, try to lie on your abdomen after intercourse for half-an-hour. Hope this helps.
