Have Problem Of Gaining Weight, Exercising, Taking Cap, BP. What Can Be Done?
I have a problem losing weight , I am 48 I take medicine for my thyroid already and my blood work is normal, I take losartan , for blood pressure and atenolol for fast pulse rate, I have been consistent with exercising and controlling my diet but still continue to gain weight especially in my mid section becoming depressed
Hi, It is the time of gaining weight, as the intake will increase unnoticed, and the physical activity will decrease so one should be caustious of these 2 things. Minimise the sleeping time , and stop sleeping in the day time. Minimise taking calories, and fats.Take fresh juice of palatable vegetables daily. Practice yoga, meditation, and gardening, indoor, or out door if interested. Thank you.
