If you re trying to have baby for all these years then there is some problem definitely. if she already had 7 children then it seems like she is able to conceive,but it also depends on her age and her uterus and ovary status. of course problem can be in you too. It isnt likely that narcotics or alcohol abuse would cause it,but you should do sperm analysis to rule out some disorders.Wish you good health.
