Have Quadduble Bypass, Taking Bystolic 5 Mgs Daily, Have Arthritis, Tired Frequently. Reason? Treatment?

I m 53 yrs old. I ve had a quadduble bypass at the age of 47 yrs old the only meds I take right now is Bystolic 5 mgs daily. I have arthuritis so I m taking 800 mgs of magnesium and 800 IU s of vitamin E daily and now I m sleeping well but I m so tired just a few hr s after I awake and yes I smoke and yes Iknow that is not good but why I m so tired.I m 5 9 and 130 lbs

Hi, You are 53 years old, had bypass at 47, only medicine using is bystolic 5, You got arthritis and using magnesium 8oomg, and vitamin E , feeling good. Recently get exhausted after waking up.
You got bypass 9 years back , so you should consult a cardiologist for diagnosis of the condition of the heart and bypass.
