Have Red Lines From Ankle To Ankle Bone. Not Injured. Usually Have Swelling. Now Pain Is Severe. Suggestions?

my elderly mother has come down with some strange red sub dural lines that run from ankle bone to ankle bone across the top of her ankle area, it hurts terribly, she has not injured it in any way. she has some regular swelling in her lower extremeties but she has a lot of pain in this local area and again right below her knee cap, this is only on her one leg but the red ankle lines are on both legs..it is not topical

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
It seems that your mother might have some vascular blockage causing this problem.
There is possibility of having Varicose veins or deep vein thrombosis.
Consult Vascular surgeon and get examined.
