Have Red Rash On Upper Chest And Chin Face Area, Itchy, Slightly Raised. Got Diabetes

I have a bright red rash on my upper chest and chin-face area. It is itchy and slightly raised. The intensity or reddness varies. I have had some redness for awhile now but the itching is much worse. Kept me up last night. I am very fair skinned and have uncontrolled diabetes. What could it be? I am 67 year old. YYYY@YYYY

IF IT persists for a long time i could be cellulitis.do u have fever?u can apply calamine lotion on ur skin 2 times a day for 3 days and if persists check whether it is due to cellulitis.check with ur doctor because u have uncontrolled Diabetes.report as soon as possible if u have fever
