Have Redness, Itching, Swelling And Pain In The Vagina

I know as a child I couldn't take baths because I'd get vaginal infections easily. I used dove soap down there and I think it may have caused major irritation. it's been red, itchy, swollen, and now looking and feeling rough. I'm not sure if it is an infection from soap or STD. I have no bumps so I didn't think it'd be any std

Hi,

I have gone through your query.
From the symptoms you have mentioned, it is suggestive of local infection. But allergic reaction cannot be ruled out. If you have recent contact history, STD can be ruled out by blood tests.
For symptoms you can try triple action ointment like Lobate GM neo. Plus maintain a proper hygiene of the area.
