Have Redness, Swelling And Lump Around The Nipple

This morning I noticed pain my left breast after examination I have redness swelling and small lump around nipple area After the day has progressed and I came home it is now more red more swollen and my concern is my vein has turned a red only on that breast should I go to er or wait to see my Dr.?Any advice is appreciated I've never had these problems I am 38

Welcome to HCM.
It looks to be development of boil,usually occurs due to bacterial infection.
Take proper local care.
Start cleaning and apply antibiotic cream like fusidic acid.
Also start oral antibiotic like amoxy/clavulinic to subside the infection.
Nsaid will be helpful to subside pain,redness,swelling.
It will subside with 5 to 7 days primary course of antibiotic otherwise consult your family physician for further guidance.
