HI
Thank for asking to HCM
The exact history of seizure should be elicited first,, the eye witness at the time of attack, nature of attack ( Generalized local) passing of urine, clinching of teeth, history of fever,, tonic colonic, etc,,, in most of the female cases the cause of seizure is Hysteria, but still for to rule out other pathological possibilities needs some investigation discus it with ER team have nice day.

Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

Thanks for your query.
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.

Normal level of hemoglobin for female is between 121 to 151 gm/L.

For you , Hemoglobin level (86gm/L) is lower than normal.
Thus you are anemic now.

We have to diagnose the cause for your anemia. It may be either nutritional deficiencies of iron, folate, vitamin B12, vitamin B6 or other systemic chronic causes .

I adivise you to do
1. Complete blood count and iron binding capacity
2. Ultrasound abdomen
3. Clinical examination by a general physician.

Hope this helps.
Please reply for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
