Have Severe Cramps In Legs, Feet, Hands. Leaves Them Sore. Feels My Entire Foot Outward. Painful That Almost I Pass Out. Suggestions?

I have severe cramps in my legs feet and hands. Also cramping in my thighs leaves them sore for 4 or more days. the cramps in my feet actually turns my entire foot outward and I have to walk until the cramp releases and puts my entire foot back on the ground. the cramps in my thighs are so painful I almost pass out. any idea on a cause?

Hello,

This seem to be like Claudication pain.

The main cause is due to Peripheral vascular disease, thromboangiitis obliterans etc..

You may require a neurovascular evaluation of the lower limb.

1. Doppler scan.
2. Nerve conduction study.

If you're a smoker quit smoking.

Consult your doctor.
