Have Severe Nausea And Chest Pain. Had Fundoplication And Refundoplication. Taking Vesicare And Estrace. Need Higher Dose?

I have had a fundoplication and a refundoplication with a heller myotomy. I was very nauseated 24/7 after the initial fundoplicaation, but the surgery relieved me of all of my chest pain. I was given a ph monitor test which indicated that the wrap was significantly too tight. A second surgery was completed which included a floppy nissan and a heller myotomy. Since thus surgery I continue to have severe nausea and the chest pain has returned. I'm taking vesicare (IC) estrace 1mg pill form(since my radical hysterectomy) celexa 30mg and clonazapan 2mg/day. I have been on several PPI's over the past 5 years (tecta 40 mg/day). I was taken off of them to see if they were actually making any difference. Could it be that i need to be on a higher dose?

THank for choosing, HCM, in any major surgery post op. events are there, nausea is common among them, heller myotomy is necessary procedure in fundoplication, no need to increase the dose of drugs, only thing you can do is take the PPI in evening time because the acid secretion in human body at the evening time is high, so better to have PPI at this time,, now one thing,,, always avoid surgical procedure if possible,, always ask your doctor for medical treatment, have good day.
