Have Severe Pain In My Left Shoulder And Elbow. Noticed A Lump In My Right Arm And Also My Right Armpit. What Could It Be?

Hi, I'm really tired all of the time and I have severe pain in my left shoulder and elbow, and I have just noticed a lump in my right arm (elbow area) and also my right armpit. I shouldn't be this tired, and I'm wondering what could be wrong? My left shoulder has been getting progressively worse and it is now at the point where it's excruciating.
