Have Severe Pain In Nape, Headache, Hand Pain, Numbness. Had Disc Replacement, Carpal Tunnel And Fusion. Why Am I Always Tired?

Hi,I am 53 years female.i have sever pain in my nape area running up the left side of my head it feels like I have been hit in the back of the head,I have had disc replacement and fusion c4/5 c5/6 also had carpal tunnel op both hands .i have extreme pain in hands .i still have numb fingers,every day I am in pain I seem to be getting forgetful ,I can't remember names or things or how to spell easy words( confused) I also don't seem to have as good balance as I use to,I get easily upset and or angry frustrated.i live on pain killers I'm always tired ,I get the nods watching Tv or driving anytime really.i am sick of being in constant pain I feel like giving up.i have to see nuro dr again in October but I still seem to have same symptom. As before I had any surgery
