Have Sleeping Disorder For A Long Time. Have Been Taking Cipralex As Prescribed. Will Seroquil Medicine Be Suitable?

Hi Dr. Grief,

I've been talking 20 mg. of Cipralex, for about 2 years, originally prescribed around 6 years ago by my oncologist to help me sleep through the night (I really wasn't experiencing any depression, but not doubt, if I went off it, I will! My question is, I've heard about Seroquil (50 mg. lowest dose) from a close friend, and I was wondering it would be suitable for me?

Cipralex is an Serotonin reuptake inhibitor, it is an excellent drug with a very good side effect profile. I advice you to continue using Cipralex since you are doing well on it. Please do not seld experiment with anti depressant drugs
