Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I will explain your CT abdomen findings in simple terms:

1. Mild diffuse atrophy of pancreas
This can be considered as a benign condition where the pancreas has become thin. This will not cause any serious problem to you. You may get yourself checked for blood sugar levels.

2. Small simple renal cortical cyst on right (~19x x 18 mm)
This is a small cyst (fluid filled) in right kidney. Cysts more than 30 mm in size are significant. You do not have to worry for this.

3. no other abnormally detected.
This says that everything else is normal.

I would suggest you also meet a gastroenterologist and get an endoscopy of stomach done if felt necessary after clinical examination. This will show any ulcers in stomach if present.

The CT scan findings however are not serious.

Hope this helps
