Have Sore Bladder And Itching Pain Around Hip Area. Urine Foamy And Smelly And Test Positive For Nitrate

I have sore bladder and itching pain soreness around my hip area lower bowel. I do have muscular dystrophy. so it could all be muscle and trousers rubbing etc. Not as bad as I was that is for sure. Went to hospital cause was in so much pain thought I might have appenditis. bloods came back okay first time urine was tested was nitrate positive 2nd test lab test came back as clear after a short course of trimethoprim. my urine is dark but usually the first one other times it is very foamy smelly. This seems urinary tract infection and this has to be treated with full course of antibiotic some time the antibiotic has to be given more than the stated dose, drink lot of water, in my opinion the best way is culture sensitivity test, this helps lot in eradicating the infection, have good time.
