Have Sore Spot Below Rib Cage, Sharp Pain While Taking Deep Breath. Have Lung Cancer. Took Tylenol. Underlying Cause

hi i am 61 years old and have had a sorespot on my left sidejust below my rib cage it is sort of a muscle ache but if i take a deep breathe it is a little like a sharp pain,i have been taking tylenol to dull the discomfort,i do have stage 4 lung cancer but do not think it is related have not done chemo only a year or so had radiation on my lungs could this discomfort come from something else

You have history of lung cancer, and the present complain is related with the chest it self so the first thing comes in mind is the malignant process this could be a cause, if we neglect it here then it would not be wise step in my opinion better to rule out this possibility and for that you need to have words with your oncologist, take care and have good day.
