Have Spinal Stenosis, Noticed Rash On Lumbar Spine Area Of Skin, Bumps. How To Treat It?
I have Spinal Stenosis.......lately I have noticed a skin rash on the lumbar spine area of my skin......This started happening a couple of months ago........an itch arises and when scratched it s stings and burns......the rash is even with the skin, small bumps .....only appears in the lumbar area.......

First of all, I would like to reassure you that the itchy rash and skin lesions in the lumbar region are not related to the lumbar canal stenosis. They are two separate problems.
The skin rash needs to be evaluated by a dermatologist.
The most likely cause could be urticaria, and may be related to an allergy.
Use of antihistaminic agent such as levocertizine or cetrizine tablets would be helpful.
