i have spotting and bleeding thats why I had TVS , my results are uterus 7.5x5.8x5.2 cm; smooth contour and inhomogeneous echopattern. there are 2 well circumscribed heterogenous structures in the uterus suggestive of myoma uteri measuring 1.4x1.3x1.0 cm ant. midcorpus , intramural m2 0.5x0.7x0.6 cm ant.mid corpus , intramural, right ovary-4.6x4.4x3.6 cm, lateral to uterus within are 2 cystic structures cyst 1, thick walled unilocular hypoechoec suggesting corpus luteum cyst 2 3.0x2.5x2.3 suggestive probable endometrial cyst left ovary 6.7x5.9x4.2 cm displaced posteriorly and to right of the uterus cervix-3.9x3.4x4.1 cm , homogeneous , nabothian cyst present... what could this be? should i be really worried of the symptoms .. is my cervix ok?
