Have Stomach Discomfort, Burping Constipated Sometimes, Stressed, Had Chocolates. What Is It?

hello, recently at a party i ate a lot of chocolate, (milk, dark, with mint, oreos..) the following day i had a stomach ache. since then my stomachs been funny and ive been burping a lot and either normal bowel movements or been constipated. i am a student and i ve been feeling quite stressed lately. can you provide any insight as to whats happening?

hi.. thanks for using HCM..
you are having pain abdomen, constipation. after consumption of chocolates..
this can happen if you have lactose intolerence...
but this will not occur for the first time in the adult..
you could be having irritable bowel syndrome, which is associated with stress/anxiety.
see your physician for this..
