Have Stomach Pain And Can Barely Move Head. Stomach Rejects Everything. What To Do?
Hi, are u real? So I can't hold anything down, it started 2 days ago, and now if it's not water I'm throwing up it nothing but the gag reflex still come. I drank GSE in my water, lime in my water, and just water. But my stomach rejects tithe second it goes down. Mind you my body especially stomach is in so much pain I can barely move my head I feel like my head just had whiplash. What should I do?

TAKE METROGYL 20 MG BD
ADD SYP GELUSIL 2 TSF TDS
TAKE MEFTAL SPAS FOR PAIN
CAP OMEPRAZOLE IN MORNING EMPTY STOMACH
TAE FOR 5 DAYS
GET ULTRSOUND FOR ABDOMEN TO R/O ANY MAJOR CAUSE
