Have Swollen Glands, Ulcers, Fever Blister. Took Zoloft, Concerta, Stratera, Paracetamol, Melatonin, Buscopan, Vitamin B12

I know it's stupid, but two days I overdosed. I'm really worried now because nothing has happened. The only things I've noticed are 3 swollen glands, 2 ulcers and a fever blister.I'm 16, in case that can help in any way. I took 850mg of zoloft, 500mg of concerta, 350mg of stratera and unknown amounts of paracetamol, melatonin, vitamin B12 and buscopan, as well as a small amount of alcohol.
I'm very scared right now and haven't had the guts to tell my mum. What will happen to me? What should I do? Thank you so much.

Hello,

First of all ,let me advice you not to take medicines without medical supervision.

Ulcers can occur either due to vitamin deficiency or due to poor oral hygiene maintenance.

Avoid tobacco or pan chewing,heavy intake of spicy foods etc.

Maintain oral hygiene well.

If necessary,corticosteroids has to be administered after consulting with your dentist.
