Have Tenderness Around Eye, Back Pain And Neck Pain. Had A Accident Earlier. What To Do?

I was in a car accident yesterday. I hit my head on the steering wheel. It was low impact and I have neck and back pain but no damage was done to the car. The question is: I have a red tender area where my head hit (around my eye in the pattern of my sunglasses) but no bruise or black eye. Is this just a small bruise or do I need to see a Dr?

Hi any blunt trauma to eye must be seen in detail as the counter coup effect shows up later. Visit your nearest ophthalmologist and get a detailed dilated retina examination done to rule out any damage in the inner peripheral part of your eyes.
Prevention is better than cure :). Take care.
