It is clear that you went for a filling on your upper LEFT side back tooth and got a lump near upper RIGHT side back tooth. In case of a infection spreading due to that tooth, the abscess should have been formed near the tooth or adjacent to it. And in any case if it was just a normal filling, there is very less chance for a abscess to form.

Further as you have stated you get frequent infections of the sinuses and you also had a sore throat i suspect it to be other than dental origin. Whatever the case, antibiotics are the prime treatment care methods and i suggest you to continue with the amox for the prescribed period. In case after the course you still feel the symptoms, you can consult a physician.

Lumps seen in the oral cavity can be of various types . It can be due to infective lesions related to tooth like periodontal abscess or gingival abscess draining in the oral cavity.

According to your clinical history i suspect your upper tooth which has already got a fillling has got infection that has spread to the palatal area leading to formation of abscess in the form of lump.

exact diagnosis can be made only after clinical examination and evaluation by taking radiographs.

i would suggest you to get and OPG radiograph done which will help in diagnosis and accordingly treatment can be planned .

consult an oral surgeon and get the examination done .

It seems that the molar tooth of your is infected and it has resulted in an abscess. Pl take the antibiotics as prescribed and get an x ray done of the tooth which will reveal the presence of infection over the root of the tooth. The tooth should be root canal treated at the earliest. Use warm saline gargle 3-4 times for 1 week. Consult your dentist at the earliest.

I would suggest you to get a thorough clinical examination take an OPG radiograph which will help in exact diagnosis and accordingly treatment can be planned.

Drainage of abscess is required, take a course of antibiotics ans analgesic.
Maintain a good oral hygiene, use lukewarm saline and antiseptic mouthwash rinses.

I would suggest you to get the abscess drained and root canal treatment can be done if required.
Take complete course of antibiotics too.
Maintain good oral hygiene.
If the abscess is left untreated,it can progress into sinus infections.
Please do visit your dentist and get further treatments done.
Frequent warm saline gargle can relieve infection.

You have filling done is on your left side if you have infection due to this it would be first infecting the adjacent area,as you said you have frequent sinusitis it seems that lump could be because of that ,for clear diagnosis you should go for clinical check up and radiograph of that area done.Until then you should take prescribed course of tab amoxclav,analgesic and gargle with warm saline water.
