Have Tingling In Back Of Head. Should I Worry?

Whenever I wash my hair or leave my hair out I run my hands through it. However, the top middle part of my head in the back (not neck ) has a tingling sensation. Its that one spot where when I press or put pressure on it has a tingling sensation. It doesnt hurt otherwise just occasional headaches but nothing big. Should I be worried?
